Scheduling

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept approved payment methods as discussed during scheduling.

Property Access & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the work area. Tom’s Tree Work is not responsible for damage to hidden utilities, unmarked sprinkler systems, or items not disclosed prior to service.

Liability & Insurance
Tom’s Tree Work is fully insured. While we take every precaution to protect your property, tree work involves inherent risks. By agreeing to services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Cancellations
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made as soon as possible. Late cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.

Cleanup
All standard services include basic cleanup of debris unless otherwise specified. Additional cleanup or hauling services may be available upon request.

Emergency Services
Emergency services are prioritized based on severity and availability. Additional charges may apply for urgent or after-hours work.
